When do I pay?
Please note, no payment is required until this step. Once you secure your booking, we map out the rest of your journey together. Your booking fee confirms your place and allows our team to start working on your behalf—coordinating your surgeon, managing logistics, arranging insurance and visas, and serving as your dedicated point of contact from here to home.

What is included in the booking fee?
Included in the booking fee is VIP transportation for clients (airport-hotel-hospital) for all appointments from consultation, surgery, and follow-ups. Everything to do with the surgery is included—all medical costs, surgery costs, hospital costs, and follow-up medical care.
Please note that flights and accommodation are separate from each other, and neither is included in the NipTuck Holidays booking fee.

Please note that flights and accommodation are separate from each other, and neither is included in the NipTuck Holidays booking fee. While we can assist you deciding which flight/ time is best to book, flights are not included in your NipTuck Holidays booking.
NipTuck Holidays partners with Hilton Hotels to provide clients with premium service and accommodation in Bangkok, Vietnam, Phuket, South Korea, and more. Accommodation is an additional price, which will be confirmed based on dates of travel, destination, currency conversion, and other travel factors.
Do I need insurance?
While all hospital and surgical costs are fully included, general medical travel insurance is not. NipTuck Holidays highly recommends specialized coverage through Medical Travel Shield, which can be arranged for you at an additional cost.
Many standard Australian travel insurance policies exclude travel for the sole purpose of medical treatment, leaving you exposed when you need protection most.
How do I get a confirmed price?
Fill in our medical or dental form and send us your photos for a professional assessment. Your dedicated specialist—whether that’s a plastic surgeon, reconstructive surgeon, dermatologist, dentist, or eye doctor—will review your details and provide a personalised recommendation along with a confirmed price.
We are happy to walk through this process more than once so you can compare your options—with absolutely no commitment or pressure.
How do I send my photos?
Complete our medical questionnaire and submit your photos, and NipTuck will provide personalised surgical recommendations. You can reach us in the way that’s most convenient for you: WhatsApp, online form, email, or text message.
Can I travel on my own?
If you are travelling alone, NipTuck Holidays' group tours offer built-in support, companionship, and someone to explore with. If you have a friend or family member with you—even better. Either way, the team is always there to support you.
NipTuck Holidays has specialist coordinators on the ground in every destination, managing the process from the first appointment through to post-procedure care. You are never on your own.
What happens when I arrive?
From the moment you arrive at the clinic or hospital, everything is taken care of. Depending on the procedure, you will undergo standard pre-treatment health checks—which may include blood tests, blood pressure monitoring, an ECG, or chest X-rays—to confirm you are ready. You will then meet your surgeon or specialist face-to-face to confirm the treatment plan, discuss any final questions, and sign consents.
