Step 2 — Confirm Your Price

Fill in our medical or dental form and send us your photos for a professional assessment. Your dedicated specialist—whether that’s a plastic surgeon, reconstructive surgeon, dermatologist, dentist, or eye doctor—will review your details and provide a personalised recommendation along with a confirmed price.

Step 3 — Booking

This is where your dream becomes your reality! Please note, no payment is required until this step.

Once you secure your booking, we map out the rest of your journey together. Your booking fee confirms your place and allows our team to start working on your behalf—coordinating your surgeon, managing logistics, arranging insurance and visas, and serving as your dedicated point of contact from here to home. NipTuck Holidays takes care of everything to ensure your entire medical tourism holiday is a seamless and exceptional experience.

Step 4 — The Travel Packages

While we can assist you deciding which flight/ time is best to book, flights are not included in your NipTuck Holidays booking. From your international flight to your arrival transfer — VIP transfers — we are here to make it seamless.

We’ll help you find comfortable and convenient accommodation close to your clinic, hospital, or dentist — whether that’s one of our partner hotels or another property nearby. Choosing accommodation close to where you need to be makes for a smooth, stress-free experience.

What is included in your NipTuck Holidays Booking?

There are three parts to NipTuck procedures.

1. The Surgery Package The first part is the surgery package. Everything to do with the surgery is included—all medical costs, surgery costs, hospital costs, and follow-up medical care.

Please note: All the details and inclusions of your individual package and price will be officially confirmed upon confirmation of your booking.

Package Includes:

• Consultation
• Surgery
• Admission to the hospital in a private room (days per procedure advised)
• Operating theater fee
• Anesthetic fee
• Surgical fee
• Standard Pre-operative screening tests (chest x-ray, complete blood cell count and EKG)
• Medication and pain relief
• Follow-up visit/s after

While all hospital and surgical costs are fully included, general medical travel insurance is not. NipTuck Holidays highly recommends specialized coverage through Medical Travel Shield, which can be arranged for you at an additional cost. 2. NipTuck Holidays Booking NipTuck Holidays understands that when deciding to go abroad for medical treatment, it can be both scary and overwhelming to know where the best place to go is and who the best surgeon is for your needs, particularly for first-time medical travelers. That is where NipTuck Holidays comes in. Serving as a client representative, NipTuck Holidays offers a range of options to suit your needs, providing the advice, assistance, and support required to coordinate a tailor-made medical tourism holiday for your individual needs.

NipTuck Holidays acts as a facilitator with foreign-based hospitals, clinics, surgeons, hotels, airlines and recovery facilities. NipTuck Holidays provides everything you need, so all you have to do is book, and the team does the rest! Included in the booking fee is VIP transportation for clients (airport-hotel-hospital) for all appointments from consultation, surgery, and follow-ups.

3. Travel Package (Flights and Accommodation) Please note that flights and accommodation are separate from each other, and neither is included in the NipTuck Holidays booking fee.

• Accommodation: NipTuck Holidays partners with Hilton Hotels to provide clients with premium service and accommodation in Bangkok, Vietnam, Phuket, South Korea, and more. Accommodation is an additional price, which will be confirmed based on dates of travel, destination, currency conversion, and other travel factors.
• Flights, Visas & Insurance: While these are also not included in the booking fee, NipTuck Holidays can fully assist in planning and arranging visas, flights, and insurance (including the Medical Travel Shield policy).

Step 5 — Your Final Documents & Bon Voyage!

Once everything is confirmed, NipTuck Holidays provides you with full and detailed final documents—everything required before traveling. This includes medical information, surgeon recommendations, payment details, how to pay at the destination, destination guides, and everything in between. You will have all the essentials in one place before getting on that plane.

Before you fly, the NipTuck Holidays team will give you a call and send a final email to wish you a safe and wonderful journey. The team will ensure you are fully prepared and remind you that NipTuck Holidays is just a phone call, text, or WhatsApp away the entire time you are abroad.

Step 6 — Your Procedure

From the moment you arrive at the clinic or hospital, everything is taken care of.

Depending on the procedure, you will undergo standard pre-treatment health checks—which may include blood tests, blood pressure monitoring, an ECG, or chest X-rays—to confirm you are ready. You will then meet your surgeon or specialist face-to-face to confirm the treatment plan, discuss any final questions, and sign consents.

NipTuck Holidays' partner facilities are carefully selected for their modern, professional standards—featuring attentive nursing care, advanced technology, private rooms, and the highest levels of patient safety and infection control.

NipTuck Holidays has specialist coordinators on the ground in every destination, managing the process from the first appointment through to post-procedure care. You are never on your own.

Whether undergoing cosmetic surgery, a skin treatment, a dental procedure, weight loss surgery, or vision correction, you will be in expert hands from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.

All the details needed for procedure day—what to bring, what to expect, fasting requirements, medications, payments, and pre-surgical tests—are clearly outlined in your Final Documents.

Step 7 — Your Destination

You have travelled a long way from home. That matters. And while your procedure is the reason you are there, experiencing the destination is a huge part of why medical tourism exists—and why NipTuck Holidays believes in it so deeply.

Recovery comes first, always. Depending on the procedure, recovery requirements will vary significantly; a skin treatment is very different from major cosmetic surgery. NipTuck Holidays, together with your surgeon and the on-the-ground coordinators, will give you clear, personalised guidance on what you can and cannot do, and when. The team stays in touch throughout and takes that responsibility seriously.

But you will always be able to do something. And when you can—get amongst it! Experience the food, the culture, and the warmth of the destination.
